Nigerian midfielder Michael Babatunde has signed a free transfer with KF Laçi of Albania.
Babatunde’s most recent appearance was with Wydad Casablanca of Morocco.
After excelling for Nigeria at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, the 29-year-old gained recognition.
However, Nigeria hasn’t called Babatunde since the World Cup in the South American country.
The former youth international was acquired by Moroccan club Raja Casablanca in 2015, and in his lone season there, he scored 15 goals in 25 league games.
He also had a respectable run at Qatari club Qatar SC, where he made 40 league games and netted 23 goals.
