Chelsea’s summer-long target Moises Caicedo is now willing to force through a move out of Brighton.
The Ecuadorian wants to join Chelsea this summer and missed training with Brighton on Monday.
Caicedo was absent for the Seagulls’ final pre-season friendly against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.
The club had claimed that the Ecuador international was not part of the team due to a hamstring injury.
Brighton have so far rejected multiple offers from the Blues including the latest bid of £80 million.
Relevo reports that the midfielder is hoping to help push through a move to Chelsea this week.
He does this by staying away from the club’s activities, starting with missing Monday’s training session.
The report further stated that the 21-year-old has also removed his belongings from Brighton’s training ground.
Brighton said they will not sell the player unless Chelsea are able to meet their £100m asking price.
