This came after Monaco lost 3-2 at Lyon.
PSG played out a 3-3 draw with Le Havre on Saturday to go 12 points clear of Monaco heading into the 31st matchday in the French top-flight.
Monaco looked capable of delaying the title holders’ party when they went 1-0 up in the early stages of their clash in Lyon, but the home side fought back to go 2-1 up after 26 minutes.
Monaco managed to pull level again in the second half as Ben Yedder scored his second, but Lyon had the final word, with Malick Fofana netting the winner in the 84th minute.
The result leaves Monaco 12 points behind PSG with three matches left to play. Luis Enrique’s team cannot be overtaken and have claimed the national title for the 12th time in their history.
