Manchester United have sealed a €100m deal for Brazilian star Antony from Ajax for a six-year contract with an option of one year.
Recall that the Brazil international Antony arrived in Manchester on Monday for his medicals, which he completed Tuesday morning.
The Red Devils have finally secured a new addition to the top for manager Erik ten Hag. After taking over in May, the Dutchman has looked to build his team in his mould.
Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, Manchester United confirmed that the deal had been completed.

Brazil star Antony has just become Man Utd’s second-most expensive signing behind Paul Pogba.
The 22-year-old has scored 24 goals and assisted 22 others in 84 games for Ajax.
Antony has made nine appearances for Brazil, scoring two goals. He hopes to make manager Tite’s World Cup squad in Qatar later this year.
But first, he has a lot to do at Old Trafford, where Ten Hag will no doubt try to take some of the pressure off him.
