Manchester United owners, the Glazer family, have promised the manager Erik ten Hag that Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana will move to Old Trafford.
The club’s owners had already set a £120million budget this summer.
Their Dutch manager is keen on bringing in a new goalkeeper after David de Gea’s contract expired on Friday.
However, Man United will resume talks with De Gea after giving the Spaniard time to celebrate his wedding.
And according to Corriere dello Sport, Ten Hag has been promised that Onana will arrive at the Premier League club.
Inter Milan are under huge pressure to sell in order to raise funds to strengthen their squad this summer.
The Serie A giants are demanding £51million for the Cameroon international.
