Cristiano Ronaldo has vowed that he would never play football in Europe agsin.
The Portugal International made the surprise move to Al-Nassr last December after his contract with Manchester United was terminated.
Several high-profile players from Europe have followed in Ronaldo’s footsteps this summer.
These include the likes of Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante, Roberto Firmino, Edouard Mendy, and former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.
Ronaldo spoke to the Portuguese media after Al-Nassr were beaten 5-0 by Celta Vigo in a pre-season friendly on Monday.

“No, that door is completely closed,” Ronaldo said when asked about a potential return to a European club.
“I’m already 38-and-a-half years old and it’s not worth it.”
