Chelsea are now open to selling left-back Lewis Hall.
The Blues will allow the youngster to leave Stamford Bridge in the closing weeks of the summer transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, Hall has been put up for sale by Chelsea and the west London side are demanding £30 million from potential suitors.
Premier League rivals Newcastle United are interested in signing the 18-year-old who impressed at Stamford Bridge last season.
The Blues are under pressure to sell more after spending in excess of £900 million since the Americans took over the ownership in May 2022.
Many of the club’s academy graduates are expected to be made available for sale as a result.
