Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou hands Rodrigo Bentancur, Giovani Lo Celso and Bryan Gil their first Premier League starts of the season.
Gil looks to be playing in midfield in what is a completely different midfield trio to the one which started in the defeat to Wolves with Yves Bissouma suspended, Pape Sarr injured and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg dropped to the bench.
At the back, Destiny Udogie returns from suspension to go to left-back but Emerson Royal keeps his place and moves in at right centre-back with Eric Dier dropped to the bench.
Such is Spurs’ absentee list, they have only named eight substitutes.
