Despite heavy interest from the Premier League, Roma manager Jose Mourinho wants to keep Tammy Abraham at the club.
Abraham arrived from Chelsea for €40 million and was one of Mourinho’s first purchases for the Serie A club.
The 24-year-old striker made an immediate impact for Roma, scoring 17 goals in Serie A and 27 in all competitions as the Giallorossi won the Europa Conference League.
Manchester United and Arsenal are ready to put Roma’s commitment to the test in the transfer market as a result of his form.
Mourinho, though, believes Abraham is unsellable, according to Corriere Dello Sport (via Football Italia).
Because Abraham is not expected to depart the Stadio Olimpico anytime soon, Premier League clubs may have to focus their efforts elsewhere.
