Brighton goalkeeper, Mat Ryan is grateful to God after Belgian forward, Eden Hazard departs Chelsea for Spanish giants, Real Madrid.
Definitely, by next season all other Premier League teams will breathe a sigh of relief as Eden Hazard who is the obvious danger man in Chelsea made a record-breaking £150m switch to La Liga giants Real Madrid.
Brighton goalie, Mat Ryan seems like the happiest to see Hazard leave the Premier League.
“I think from the four times I’ve faced him I haven’t saved a shot from him yet,” the Australian goalie was quoted as saying to Fox Football Podcast via Daily Mail report.
“It’s either been blocked, he’s hit the shot off target or he’s scored a goal.
“It’s a bit of an annoying fact so thank god he’s p****ed off somewhere else. I put in a nice word [to Real Madrid] for him,” he noted.
“I would love to have the opportunity to face him again and stop him – that’s my motivation.”
Weeks ago, Eden Hazard sealed his dream move to Real Madrid making him join the list of expensive signings in history.
