Juventus believe they have reached an agreement with Paul Pogba to bring him back to the Allianz Stadium this summer.

Manchester United have confirmed that Pogba will leave the club at the end of June after failing to reach an agreement on a new contract.

The Frenchman’s departure marks the end of his second spell with the Red Devils, but it also appears to signal the start of a new one with Juventus.

Juve are ‘confident’ that they have a deal in place to bring the midfielder back to the club, according to 90min.

Between 2012 and 2016, Pogba spent four incredible seasons at La Vecchia Signora, winning four Scudetti in a row, two Coppa Italia, the 2013 Golden Boy award, and even being named to the UEFA Team of the Year in 2015.

In August 2016, Juve sold the France international back to Manchester United for a whopping £89 million. While the I Bianconeri continued to dominate Italian football, Pogba struggled to replicate his form at Manchester United, suffering from numerous niggling injuries during his six seasons at the club.

Along with Pogba, Juventus are reportedly close to signing Angel Di Maria. The Argentine is also out of contract this summer, having spent the previous seven seasons at PSG, winning a total of 18 domestic trophies.

After Juve target Ivan Perisic chose to join Tottenham Hotspur, sources claim that a deal to bring Di Maria to the Allianz Stadium was prioritized.
