Anthony Joshua has spoken about his ambition to become a two time heavyweight champion of the world as he sets to battle Andy Ruiz in a rematch.
The first bout saw Andy Ruiz knock out the British-Nigerian in the seventh round at the Madison Square Garden in New York to emerge the new heavyweight champion.
A rematch is being contemplated to take place either in November or December.
If the fights holds in November, the venue will be at the Madison Square Garden which Anthony Joshua has been advised to avoid. He has been told to opt for the December option which will take place at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales .
Speaking about his believe towards reclaiming his title, Anthony Joshua said:
“I ’ ve always said , don ’ t let the failures get to your heart and don ’ t let the success get to your head.
“My legs and everything, it ’ s a weird feeling. As you ’ re climbing , the hole was getting deeper ”.
“True failure isn ’ t quitting , I don ’ t think you should give up when you meet a blip in life.
“I ’ m still keen to fight the best in the world . I ’ m still keen to prove myself and my ambition is to be two- time heavyweight champion of the world.”
