Luton have made three changes from the side who lost 4-3 to Arsenal in midweek.
Tom Lockyer and Marvelous Nakamba return to the team, with Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu dropping to the bench and Gabriel Osho not involved.
Meanwhile, Issa Kabore is on loan from Man City so cannot play against his parent club, so Ryan Giles comes in. Alfie Doughty is expected to swap wing-back roles to the right.
Erling Haaland is not in the matchday squad for this trip to Luton.
His absence is one of four changes Pep Guardiola has made from the side who were beaten at Aston Villa.
Jack Grealish comes into the front line to replace Haaland, with Julian Alvarez expected to start in the centre forward role.
John Stones and Manuel Akanji are taken out of the two with the returning Rodri and Nathan Ake starting in their places. The other change sees Rico Lewis make way for Mateo Kovacic in midfield.
Jeremy Doku remains an absentee.
