Mauricio Pochettino is set to make a comeback with Nice looking to hire the former PSG boss.
The Argentine is still unemployed after being fired by Paris Saint-Germain in July. While he won Ligue 1, his failures in the Champions League cost him his job.
Pochettino was linked with a return to the Premier League with Manchester United during his time at PSG. He was also linked with a move to Chelsea until Graham Potter took over.
Instead, he could end up managing a second French club. Pochettino did, in fact, meet with Nice officials on Tuesday.
And now, Media Foot Marseille has revealed specifics about those discussions, which covered “several issues.”
In addition to his salary, Pochettino and Nice are discussing plans for the January transfer window.
And the manager is said to want to re-team with France captain Lloris.
