Dane, who is a brother and agent to Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, has been arrested in the US.
He is now set to appear in court following allegations of domestic violence.
Dane was arrested on October 20 in Florida’s Miami Beach and appeared in court the following day where the bond for his release ahead of his pre-trial hearing was set at $1,500 (£1,224), according to police records.
According to The Telegraph, his charge was later registered on October 24 as misdemeanour of battery, which was further defined as domestic violence.
Dane was pictured in official police arrest photographs after he was brought in. He has also been issued with a pre-trial ‘stay away order’, whereby the court in the state of Florida has declared Dane must not contact the victim.
