Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has challenged the club to take advantage of the injuries being suffered by Man City to beat them to the Premier League title this season.
Manchester City are without their captain Ilkay Gundogan, who joined Barcelona this summer.
The Citizens have also been hit hard with an injury to star midfielder Kevin de Bruyne.
Wenger pointed out that this situation gives Arsenal an advantage.
Speaking to David Seaman on the Seaman Says podcast, Wenger said, “I believe as well that City having lost De Bruyne for a long period and Gundogan, who was a very important player, even if they are a top team I don’t disagree with that, but maybe they can take advantage of it.
“But we have to deal with the Champions League, so that costs points as well.”
