Mauricio Pochettino has only made one change from Chelsea’s 4-1 win over Tottenham, with Marc Cucurella coming in at left-back in place of Levi Colwill, who is not in the squad.
That means Raheem Sterling and Cole Palmer start against their former club, with Nicolas Jackson again getting the nod up front following his hat-trick at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Armando Broja is able to take a place on the bench following a spell out with injury.
Pep Guardiola makes five changes from the team that overcame Young Boys in the Champions League in midweek, with Manuel Akanji and Jeremy Doku among those returning to the starting line-up.
Julian Alvarez, Rodri and Bernardo Silva are the other players who come into the team, with Mateo Kovacic, Jack Grealish, Matheus Nunes, Rico Lewis and the injured John Stones the players who drop out.
Phil Foden will support Erling Haaland as well as Doku, while Nathan Ake is not in the squad.
