Burnley have made one change from the side that drew 1-1 at Nottingham Forest on Monday night.
It is an enforced one for manager Vincent Kompnay, who is without the suspended Lyle Foster after his red card.
Zeki Amdouni looks like he will move up top with Aaron Ramsey coming into the side in place of Foster in the No 10 role.
Hannibal Mejbri makes his second start for Manchester United at senior level at Burnley this evening.
The 20-year-old midfielder is one of three changes following the 4-3 defeat at Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Jonny Evans also makes his first start for Man Utd following his return to the club on a free transfer over the summer with Lisandro Martinez not involved the squad.
Scott McTominay also comes into midfield to replace Christian Eriksen, lining up alongside Casemiro and Hannibal.
Captain Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Rasmus Hojlund, Sergio Reguilon and Diogo Dalot keep their place in the starting XI.
New-signing Sofyan Amrabat is on the bench for the first time since his loan arrival, along with the returning Raphael Varane and Donny van de Beek.
