Morocco has provided an update on Sofyan Amrabat’s injury.
North Africa’s country’s head coach Walid Regragui on Saturday eased fears over Amrabat being sidelined.
Amrabat joined Manchester United on a season-long loan move from Fiorentina on the transfer deadline day.
Erik ten Hag’s side were dealt a scare as Amrabat withdrew from Morocco’s squad earlier this week.
But the coach, Regragui has now confirmed that the midfielder’s absence is only a ‘precaution’.
Hopefully, the World Cup star would be available for the Red Devils’ Premier League game against Brighton next weekend.
“Sofyan Amrabat felt something and we let him go as a precaution, because he has just started his new adventure with Manchester United,” Regragui said.
