Manchester City young defender Oluwatosin Adarabioyo has joined Championship club West Brom on loan from Manchester City.
Adarabioyo has found it very difficult to break into Manchester City first team with the array of stars on parade at the Etihad.
The 20-year-old is hungry to play more games to aid his development and he is looking forward to the task ahead of him in the Championship.
“It feels very strange considering the amount of time I’ve been at Manchester City,” Adarabioyo told
Manchester Evening News.
“I think it’s the time in my career where I need to play as many games as I can.
“The challenge of the Championship of playing two games a week so it’s about adapting to that.”
In addition, the defender is hoping to learn from manager Darren Moore – a former Portsmouth and Burton Albion center-back.
“Darren Moore was a big part of my decision. He’s a great guy. I can’t wait to start working under him,” he continued.
“In terms of his personality, how he comes across and his history of being a center-half, I think I can learn a lot from him.”
Tosin Adarabioyo was an unused substitute in West Brom’s 2-1 defeat against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
