The video of Jeff Hardy’s DUI arrest has surfaced, and it shows three officers pointing guns at the WWE legend.
On the 13th of June in Volusia County, Florida, three officers responded to reports of a white car “swerving” off the road after midnight.
They drew guns and pointed them at the 44-year-old wrestler.
Hardy stepped out of the vehicle, as seen on TMZ video, and according to the police report, he appeared “to be in a stupor and confused,” with a strong odor of alcohol.
Hardy was then escorted away from the vehicle and sat on the ground as one officer explained that they had received “three or four 911 calls” in response to his driving behavior.
Hardy staggered to his feet after the officer couldn’t hear him and told him to sit against the police car.
He revealed that he was traveling from and returning to his home state of North Carolina.
