The head coach of the Super Falcons, Randy Waldrum, has again hit out at the the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Waldrum speaking on The Whistle Podcast, demanded to know what the federation has done with the allocation of funds made available by FIFA.
The American and the NFF have been at loggerheads in recent weeks over different issues ranging from the team list for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, preparations and non-payment of salaries.
“In October, every country was given $960,000 from FIFA to prepare for the World Cup, where is that money?.”
“Up until about three weeks a go, I had been owed 14 months salary, and then they paid 7 months salary.
“We still have players that haven’t been paid since 2 years ago when we played the summer series in the USA…it is a travesty.”
The Super Falcons are currently in Brisbane, Australia preparing for the 2023 Women’s World Cup.
Randy Waldrum’s side will face Canada, co-hosts Australia and New in Group B.
