Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi is a target for Nottingham Forest, according to reports.
Forest are said to be in the market for a new defensive midfielder as Steve Cooper looks to keep the club in the Premier League again this season.
Finding a new No.6 is at the top of Cooper’s to-do list, and the Daily Telegraph report Ndidi is one of the names on their list of targets following Leicester’s relegation.
The Nigerian joined the Foxes from Belgian club Genk in 2017 and has gone on to make 237 appearances for the club, winning the FA Cup and Community Sheild in 2021.
He has just one year left on his contract, and yet Leicester are said to value the midfielder at £20million.
