Transfer: Manchester City star in shock move to Chelsea

Manchester City youngster, Cole Palmer, has emerged as a top target for Chelsea.

The 2023 transfer window  will shut down on Friday, 1st of September. 

The Blues are making a shock move for the City star before the deadline day. 

Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano said that the Blues are set to open talks for the youngster.

Manchester City are yet to make their position known but Chelsea are said to ‘really want’ him.

Palmer scored in the Community Shield and Super Cup.

He made 25 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side last season.
