Transfer: Chelsea forward set to leave Pochettino’s team for EPL rivals

Chelsea forward, Callum Hudson-Odoi, could be heading to Nottingham Forest.

Forest have opened talks with Chelsea to land the England international. 

Fulham are also interested in signing the England forward but have so far been unable to reach an agreement with the Blues.

TalkSPORT revealed earlier this summer that Chelsea were willing to sell the attacker along with a number of other academy graduates to help with FFP restrictions.

The England international was sent on loan to Bayer Leverkusen last season.

He is yet to play for Chelsea under new manager Mauricio Pochettino.
