Former Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor has noted that Tottenham striker Harry Kane is being ‘very quiet’ about his future.
He said that the fans and Spurs new manager Ange Postocoglou deserve to know what’s going on with their star man.
Bayern Munich are keen on signing the striker, who has entered the final year of his contract, but so far Spurs have turned down all the German giants’ advances.
At the moment there is a big question mark over Kane, with claims he wants to move to Germany to compete for major trophies.
And Gabby says it’s not good for the new boss, fans or Kane’s teammates.
“Harry Kane is staying very quiet, which I don’t like,” said the former Aston Villa captain.
“What Postecoglou needs as the new manager of Spurs is communication from Daniel Levy and Harry Kane.
“Can’t there be a cut off point, say July 20, that if Kane is not sold by then, he’s staying?
“He needs to know if he’s going to have Harry Kane or not, and that he’s not going to be stuck with Richarlison, who scored one goal in 27 games, because that’s a crisis for Spurs.
“As a manager you want them to be assured by your owner, because this can’t continue, it’s not fair on the Spurs fans and his teammates.”
