Graham Potter has dismantled the XI that fell to an embarrassing 1-0 home defeat to Southampton last weekend, with six changes made for today’s trip to Tottenham.
Reece James and Thiago Silva return to the defence after being rested against Saints, with Cesar Azpilicueta missing due to the head injury he suffered last week, while Benoit Badiashile drops to the bench.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek comes in for Mateo Kovacic, who is among the subs, while there are three changes in attack.
Hakim Ziyech and Raheem Sterling replace Noni Madueke – the former Spurs player – and Mason Mount, who are on the bench, while Kai Havertz starts as the No 9 in place of David Datro Fofana, who is not in the squad.
Wesley Fofana is again among the subs as he steps up his return from injury, while Denis Zakaria could make his first appearance in six weeks after being named on the bench.
