Scotland vs Ukraine: World Cup play-off prediction, kick-off time, TV, live stream, team news and h2h results

Scotland will play Ukraine in a World Cup play-off semi-final tie in Glasgow tonight.

The match had been scheduled for March but had to be postponed due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Ukraine has played charity friendlies against Borussia Monchengladbach, Empoli, and Rijeka in recent weeks due to the suspension of football in the war-torn country.

Whoever wins tonight’s emotional semi-final will face Wales in a winner-takes-all match in Cardiff on Sunday for a spot in the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

The Qatar group stage draw has already taken place, so the three countries know who will be in Group B alongside England, Iran, and the United States if they win over the next week.

For tonight’s match, here are all the details…

Date, kick-off time and venue

Scotland vs Ukraine is scheduled for a 7.45pm kick-off time tonight, Wednesday June 1, 2022. Hampden Park in Glasgow will host the match.
