Martial speaks on bad blood between Ronaldo, Man United players

Manchester United player, Anthony Martial, has said most of what is said in the media concerning Cristiano Ronaldo and teammates is not true.

Since Ronaldo’s return to Old Trafford, the media has been awash with reports of disunity among United players.

Many reports claim Ronaldo is getting all the attention and soaking up the energy in the dressing room.

Some even suggested that his arrival may have been why Martial was loaned to Spain.

This has been clarified by Martial who stated that Ronaldo is loved at the club and in the dressing room.

Martial told AS: “Cristiano is a top professional, one of the best in the history of the game.

“We all love him. There are things that are said in the media that are not true. I was in that dressing room and I know what happened.”

He added that reports of bad blood between playersat the club is “not true”.

Martial who plays for Sevilla is yet to score a La Liga goal but opened his account for the club against Dinamo Zagreb in the Europa League in February.
