Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has made two changes from the side that started Tuesday’s Champions League defeat by Galatasaray at Old Trafford.
Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans replace Raphael Varane – who is not in the squad due to a minor injury – and Hannibal Mejbri in the starting line-up.
Maguire is starting for the first time in the Premier League season.
Brentford boss Thomas Frank has also made two changes from the team that began last weekend’s Premier League draw at Nottingham Forest.
Thomas Strakosha replaces Mark Flekken in goal and defender Mads Roerslev comes in for Keane Lewis-Potter.
