Sergio Ramos sent his shirt to Super Eagles striker, Sadiq Umar on Sunday.
This was after Real Sociedad’s 2-1 win over Sevilla in La Liga.
The veteran defender was red carded during the game while the Nigerian scored a spectacular goal.
Ramos’ offence was his sliding tackle on Sociedad’s Brais Mendez in the 88th minute.
The 37-year-old, however, showed his human side to Umar after the game.
Umar fired home from 25 yards to put Real Sociedad 2-0 up and the Super Eagles star’s goal could potentially make the goal of the season nominees.
Ramos appreciated Sadiq’s effort by sending him his jersey after the game.
The former Real Madrid captain also wrote a note along with the shirt.
