Euro 2024: Ally McCoist predicts country to win trophy

Rangers and Scotland legend Ally McCoist, has picked England as the favourites to win the Euro 2024 championship. 

This is despite the Three Lions disappointing draw against Ukraine.

The Three Lions sit top of Group C’s qualifying group.

Their last qualifying game ended in a 1-1 draw and they faced Scotland in a friendly at Hampden Park on Tuesday night.

“I’ve got to be brutally honest, I think England, looking at it right now, are along with France [as Euro 2024 favourites],” he told talkSPORT. 

“England for me, would certainly be one of the top two/three favourites to win the tournament.”
