Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, on Wednesday named the youngest starting XI in the Premier League club’s history.
The Blues welcomed Crystal Palace, looking to record a win that would take them back into the top half of the table.
The team that named the youngest team before today, was Manchester United in 2017.
Chelsea XI: Petrovic; Gusto, Disasi, Badiashile, Colwill; Caicedo, Gallagher; Maatsen, Nkunku, Mudryk, Jackson.
Subs: Bettinelli, Bergstrom, Thiago Silva, Madueke, Broja, Gilchrist, Lavia, Matos, Castledine.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side were defeated 2-1 by Wolves at the Molineux – their eighth loss from 18 Premier League matches.
The Blues were made to pay for missing gilt-edged opportunities before the hosts punished them by scoring twice to claim victory in the Midlands.
