Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard has said that he is yet to put the frustrations of last season behind him.
Arsenal fell behind in the title race despite being top of the table for the majority of the season, allowing Manchester City to come from behind to claim a third straight title.
Arsenal were widely tipped to claim their first league title since 2004 and were eight points above Manchester City in January.
And Odegaard, who joined Real Madrid in 2021, has now expressed his regret over missing out on the title to Manchester City.
“I have tried not to see so much of that stuff there because it still stings,” Odegaard said while on international duty with Norway, according to The Mirror.
“I try not to think too much about it. Even though we delivered a very good season for a long time, I am left with a sour feeling.”
