Chelsea have made just one change from the side that slumped to defeat at Middlesbrough in midweek.
After missing a hatful of chances at the Riverside, Mauricio Pochettino brings back Armando Broja to lead the attack. Cole Palmer, who started as the No 9 against Boro, reverts to the wing.
The other big news for Chelsea is that Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka are both among the subs after lengthy injury absences.
Benoit Badiashile is also on the bench, but Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku remain absent.
Fulham boss Marco Silva has made three changes from the Carabao Cup semi-final defeat to Liverpool, the most notable of which sees Tom Cairney return to skipper the side in midfield in place of Harrison Reed.
The 32-year-old has been excellent of late for the Cottagers and his inclusion at the expense of the more defensively-minded Reed hints that Silva is eyeing all three points.
Elsewhere, Kenny Tete gets the nod over Timothy Castagne at left-back and Harry Wilson starts ahead of Bobby De Cordova-Reid in the front three.
Winger Willian starts against his former club following his goal against Liverpool in midweek.
