Chelsea have suffered another injury blow.
The Blues have lost summer signing Romeo Lavia to injury.
The former Southampton midfielder joined their long list of absentees during a training session at the Cobham training ground on Friday morning.
Belgian reporter Sacha Tavolieri, reports that the player had suffered a muscle tear in his ankle.
The injury could keep him on the sidelines for some time.
The midfielder moved to Stamford Bridge from Southampton in a £58million deal this summer.
But he is yet to play for Chelsea and has joined the injury list containing the likes of Christopher Nkunku, Reece James, Wesley Fofana among other stars.
