Al-Ittihad are preparing a €150million bid to Liverpool for Mohamed Salah.
The package is believed to be €100m guaranteed + €50m add ons.
An agreement would make the transfer the most expensive in the history of Saudi football, ahead of Neymar’s €90m.
The Saudi club will offer Salah a salary similar to Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The transfer window closes on September 20 in Saudi Arabia, therefore, they have more than 3 weeks to close the deal.
Al Ittihad are also willing to pay the Egyptian a salary worth £65m annually, but the Reds have yet to agree to a deal as they are determined to keep their prized asset.
Although the player wants the move, it is understood Al-Ittihad have set a tight deadline for a deal to be arranged and they want an answer from the Reds by Monday.
Liverpool have lost Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to Saudi Arabian clubs this summer.
