Political activist, Deji Adeyanju, has said many with presidential ambitions will work for the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as President.
He mentioned the former governor of Kano State who is the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso, former governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, and Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State who contested for the presidential ticket of the People Democratic Party Party.
According to Adeyanju, their refusal to form a common front to unseat the ruling party will pave the way for Tinubu to become President in 2023.
He wrote: “Wike & others won’t go to APC but they are all likely to stay in PDP and work for Mr. Agbado. Obi and Kwankwaso are also indirectly going to do the same.
“Their refusal to form a single alliance with the opposition to challenge the Govt in power is all a perfect game plan.”
