‘You are late sister Osinachi’s secret lover, you made her husband jealous’ – Kemi Olunloyo calls out Frank Edwards
More controversies have continued to trail the death of gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Kemi Filani News had earlier reported how the renowned Nigerian musician, Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu of Ekwueme fame died on Friday, April 8 due to domestic violence.
Shortly after the news went viral, her colleague, Frank Edwards revealed how Osinachi’s husband was a thorn in the flesh of the late singer.
However self acclaimed Investigative Journalist Kemi Olunloyo has dropped a jaw dropping allegation against Frank Edwards.
According to Kemi, Edwards was having an illicit affair with late Osinachi and made her husband jealous.
Taking to her Twitter handle, Kemi Olunloyo called Frank Edwards out.
She wrote, ” Frank Edwards you’re STUPID! Were you not Osinachi Nwachukwu’s secret lover? Of course her own husband was “jealous” of her. Joy Nunieh should not be dragged into your foolishness. Joy is a real woman & strong one & she once slapped Akpabio for sexual harassment. TELL THE TRUTH.”

Allow Frank Edwards to do the crying. He should go ahead and sue Kemi for defamation of character. If he says nothing, then it could be true. Age has nothing to do with this. Nigerians always rush to support and defend their gods. Is he not human? Has he no frailties? Let him defend himself

it is really appalling and disheartening to be making unverifiable and untrue statement that could be detriment to your career and tarnish your reputation at long run. Olunloyo, Really, you can still talk, your matter can be compared to this adage that says, you need to remove the log in your eyes before you remove the match stick in the eyes of your neighbour. Even as an investigative reporter, you need to get your facts with good and genuine evidence(s) before you report something, we citizens need the truth and not your opinion, that is what news is all about, you are not writing editorial here o. Let’s be straight. First of all, where you there when the two of them were having the affair? Do you have a genuine evidence to show that they really had anything together? If you do, please post it, and not photoshopped or falsified. The fact that a man and a woman are standing together or taking does not mean there is anything between them o.
Besides one of the rules of Journalism is that, in your report, you must be accurate, balanced and fair and also do not report the bad and negative things in the society in a glorifying manner, because, from my own point of view, you just glorified domestic violence. Even if Osinachi cheated on her husband, does he have the right to beat her to death? We are praying for a better Nigeria, are trying to tell me that, her children learnt the right thing from their father, because their mother did wrong? Woman, two wrongs never make a right o. As a woman, if you have grand daughters, can you allow them marry Osinachi’s children? Because whether you like it or not, what happened to Osinachi will shape her children’s life and mentality, either positively or negatively.
