Unilorin students serenade actress, Bukola Arugba as she visits Alma Mater, bags award (Video)

Nollywood actress, Bukola Arugba received a royal welcome as she paid a visit to her alma mater, University of Ilorin during the week.

The Yoruba movie star was bombarded by students of the school who tried to get a glimpse and photos of the delectable screen goddess.

Bukola attended the World Mental Health Summit, organized by the school, where she delivered a short speech and poetry on mental health using the entertainment industry as a case study.

The ex-wife of Damola Olatunji didn’t go alone as she was joined by skitmaker, Taaooma.

Sharing clips from the memorable event, Bukola expressed gratitude to God for the honor and reception she received.

Giving all glory to Him, she reminisced on her memorable experience, where she also bagged an award.

“I return all the glory to Almighty God, for the Grace to do this at the World Mental Health Summit, University of Ilorin. Here is my short speech and a poetry recitation (spoken words) on mental health using the entertainment industry as a case study”.

“Na Baba God get all the Glory. My sweet heavenly father, your baby here returns all the glory, honor, and adoration to you alone. Hallelujah. World Mental Health Summit, University of Ilorin. I wish I could cover all”.

Kie Kie receives royal welcome as she storms Bowen University, gets new appointment

Last year, Nigerian comedian, content creator, and actress Bukunmi Adeaga – Ilori better known as Kie Kie received a royal welcome as she re-visited her alma mater, Bowen University.

Taking to Instagram to share the good news, Kie Kie rejoiced over her new feat.

She stated that the honor was mind-blowing and rewarding as she noted how the school was at a standstill.

This sweet gesture felt surreal for her and she couldn’t believe her dream came true.

Kie Kie said she felt the love she was shown as it was real and intense.

Lateef Adedimeji pays a visit to his alma mater

Similarly, actor Lateef Adedimeji expressed joy as he paid a visit to the formerly attended university as he revealed that he was thrilled at today’s breeds of youths.

Sharing a video, the actor stormed the hall of Olabisi Onabanjo University at Ijebu Ode as he was invited to address the students.

According to him, even though it’s been over ten years since he graduated from the school, he still feels a connection that he was the school product.

In his opinion, it was fulfilling to see the youths willing to contribute to nation-building despite the poor operating system.

However, the actor urged those that partook in the session to learn from the little he shared with them as he disclosed that nation-building is a collective responsibility.
