Olisa Agbakoba, the legal counsel to G-Worldwide Entertainment, has stated that the concert to be hosted by Kizz Daniel this December will be prevented from holding due to the legal tussle between him and his estranged record label.
Agbakoba made this known during a press conference held to address the public on the legal tussle between them.
He was reported to have said the singer has to say the sum of N500k to the label if he wants to be free from them.
“The press conference is to call attention to the fact that artistes or labels think they can do what they like, it’ll have to stop and Kizz Daniel represents the living example of how the rules of the industry are not being followed” he said.
Speaking on Kizz Daniel’s coming December concert, the renowned lawyer stated that they would stop the event from happening regardless of whether tickets have been sold or not.
He says, “We’re going to make an order that the money (for the ticket) be pout into court… If we don’t do this, this industry will not grow”.
