Oba Elegushi of Ikate Kingdom, Saheed Ademola and his first wife stole the spotlight at his mother’s 70th birthday over the weekend.

Kemi Filani reports that the Queen Mother of Ikate Kingdom clocked 70 over the weekend and was thrown a big bash befitting of royalty.

Her son, the king, Oba Elegushi was the centre of attention when he hit the dance floor with his first wife, Olori Sekinat Aramide.

The Oba was seen holding his wife’s backside as she twerked for him.

This has caused a stir online as many are impressed to see his romantic side.

Earlier on, Oba Elegushi had paid a tribute to his mother.

The monarch rained prayers on her as he praised her outstanding qualities.

“My Dear Mother, as it has pleased Almighty Allah to keep you till this day, only affirms the undeniable grace you enjoy from above. This grace is evident in your success story as a wife, a mother and a community leader. Personally, all of my life, I have seen the commitment you bring to motherhood, raising your children and even grandchildren and today, we are all testimonies of what a great mother you are. On this special day of your 70th birthday anniversary, all we can say is Alhamdulilah (To God be the Glory). We are grateful to God and we are confident. Kemi Filani news recalls Oba Saheed Elegushi had taken to Instagram to celebrate his first wife, Olori Sekinat on their 17th wedding anniversary.

Sharing throwback pictures from their wedding in 2003, the monarch revealed that his marriage to the queen came with mixed feelings.

He used the medium to thank her for giving him peace of mind and showing him love all through the years.
