Nollywood actress, Jayeola Monje has cried out in fear after getting stuck in traffic with her children at midnight.
The veteran actress took to her Instagram page to share videos of her and her children trekking home after being stuck in traffic for hours.
Calling for prayers over her and her children, Jayeola described the incident as pathetic as she called for the government to do something to stop trailers from working at night.
“Please pray for us… This is pathetic! Can this government do something to these trailers on Apapa, wharf road. I am walking home at night with my children”.
In an update, Jayeola expressed gratitude to God that she got home safely, however, her driver is still stuck in traffic and she prays he gets home safely.
“My car and driver still on the bridge. May God bring him safe. Alhamdulilah modele. Thanks, everyone am home now with the children. God bless you all Eseun gan ni. I pray the Government will look into this Apapa, Wharf Road problems”.
Uche Nnanna laments after getting stuck in traffic at 1 am
Similarly, just a few weeks back, Uche Nnanna had vented out her frustration at the never-ending heavy traffic in Lagos.
The movie star, who was returning from her colleague, Nosa Rex’s surprise birthday party on Thursday was stuck in traffic at 1 am on Lagos Island.
Lamenting, Uche Nnanna stated that he was tired of the constant traffic in the city.

Jumoke Odetola laments 10-hour experience in Lagos traffic
Also, Yoruba actress, Jumoke Odetola lamented over the heavy traffic in Lagos.
Sharing photos of her stuck in traffic, she questioned how one can have long life and prosperity in Lagos with the high rate of traffic.
She recounted how she was stuck in traffic for 10 hours from Ajah to Magodo and was facing a similar experience again on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
