In a recent live session filled with humor and a touch of shade, popular TikTok influencer DJ Chicken made some eyebrow-raising revelations.
He boldly declared that he no longer responds to direct messages (DMs) from some of the celebrities we often consider to be superstars.
DJ Chicken, known for his entertaining content on TikTok, didn’t hold back when he revealed that certain celebrities were no longer in his DMs, let alone getting replies from him. Among those who now find themselves on the sidelines are the likes of Davido, Broda Shaggi, and Naira Marley. This revelation was met with a mix of surprise and amusement from his viewers, as these are A List celebrities.
He went on to explain that he’s been unresponsive to their messages and has opted to ignore them altogether.
DJ Chicken also provided some insights into the life of an in-demand Tiktoker and entertainer. He revealed that during the festive month of December, some individuals, presumably event organizers or show promoters, had been reaching out to him for potential bookings and appearances.
About a week ago, recall that DJ Chicken found himself in a rather uncomfortable situation when he was confronted by a group of local hoodlums known as “agberos” in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. The altercation stemmed from DJ Chicken’s refusal to give them money, and the entire incident was captured in a live video. This incident drew widespread condemnation from netizens, who were quick to criticize the entitlement behavior exhibited by these individuals.
Going back to August, Kemi Filani had reported that DJ Chicken made headlines for throwing shade at another artist, Portable. In a public display of bravado, he asserted that his financial status exceeded that of Portable’s and cautioned him against attempting to emulate his extravagant spending habits. This public rivalry added another layer to DJ Chicken’s persona as he asserted his position in the entertainment world.
