It is no longer news that Mavin record label is the leading home to some of Nigeria’s youngest and trending artists, including Rema, Ayra Starr, Ladipoe, Johnny Drille, among others.
The addition of Magixx to the squad has been welcome massively on social media barely a few hours after Don Jazzy unveiled him via his verified IG page sharing a video of the new singer.
The Mavin boss took to his verified IG account to share a video of the new act while announcing the release of his experimental project.
Don Jazzy, in his statement, stressed how proud himself and the label was to have Magixx in their squad; he revealed that the new act is a versatile vocalist cum Songwriter from the University of Lagos.
In less than 24 hours after he was unveiled, Magixx already has a new song titled Love Don’t Cost A Dime and a visual to it, which is currently trending on social media.
The new song shows Don Jazzy has an eye for spotting talents and understands music promotion.

Magixx’s Biography
His real name is Adelade Alexander Adewunmi, and he was born in the Ogba area of Lagos state. As of the time of this article, there are no details on his date of birth. He is a Nigerian by birth and grew up in Lagos state.
Education
Magixx had his primary and secondary school education in Lagos state and is currently a student from the Department of Mass Communication, University of Lagos.
During his secondary school days, he learnt how to play three musical instruments, which are the trumpet, mouth organ and flute.
Career
