Following her graduation, Katherine stayed on as a corporate trainer for Hooters, helping to open the company’s first UK location in Nottingham and traveling all over Canada to educate servers. She decided to spend a month in London in 2007 since her spouse wanted to travel there, and in January 2008 she made the decision to relocate permanently. Following her relocation to the UK, Katherine has made appearances on a number of British television programs, including Badults, Campus, and Episodes.
