John Cusimano was born on the 19th of August 1967 in Long Island, New York, in the USA; there are, however, no details of who his parents are, but the actor once shared a photo of him and them when he was young on his Instagram account.

John is American by birth and of the Italian ethnic; the reports revealed that his grandfather was from Palermo in Italy, and he had a grandmother from Naples, Italy, and another from Catalonia, Spain.
