President of the United States of America, Donald Trump has tweeted in acknowledgement of rapper Kanye West who has come under serious criticism from fellow celebrities for tweeting in support of the president. In the tweet, the rapper said people should not try to make him not love Trump whom he says have dragon energy like him.
”You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought”, he tweeted.
This tweet from Kanye West led many celebrities to call him out for aligning with someone they regard as racists. It even got worse when Kanye tweeted that former US president, Barack Obama, failed to do anything for Chicago in his eight years in office.
Coming to his defense, Trump tweeted to thank Chance The Rapper, Dr. Darell Scott and Kanye for their observance as he mentioned that the black and hispanic community are experiencing the lowest unemployment in history in his administration.
”Kanye West has performed a great service to the Black Community – Big things are happening and eyes are being opened for the first time in Decades – Legacy Stuff! Thank you also to Chance and Dr. Darrell Scott, they really get it (lowest Black & Hispanic unemployment in history)”, he tweeted.
