News round on the 4 UNIPORT students burnt to death in ALUU

You must
have heard and read the big story making rounds for days now; the story of Four students of
the University of Port Harcourt who were burnt to death in Aluu by villagers
last week.
Though
there are different accounts of the story but one thing that all the accounts
have in common is the fact that the four guys were burnt to death after being caughtfor stealing from a debtor.
So many
Nigerians have publicly reacted to the action, most of which are against the barbaric act. Also, despite the fact that the university of Port Harcourt has
been shut down, students of the University of Port Harcourt have carried out protests, burnt down houses in the Aluu community and called out for legal
action against the perpetrators of the barbaric act.
The four
students who were burnt to death include: Ugo, Lloyd, Chidiaka, Tekena.
Also, the parents of the boys are seeking justice.
Although,
the ALUUs are insisting that they are not responsible for such action, there are claims (Tony Uranta told channels tv) that the police and SSS were on ground when the boys were being burnt alive!
I will update you as more info arise….
