Crystal Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion, both Premier League clubs, have been linked with a move for Nigerian defender Zaidu Sanusi.
Sanusi was instrumental in FC Porto’s domestic double triumph last season.
Last season, the left-back scored the winning goal for Porto in the Primeira Liga.
The 25-year-old made 40 appearances across all competitions for the Dragons in the 2021/22 season.
Crystal Palace and Brighton, according to Jornal de Noticias, were impressed by Sanusi’s performances last season and want to bring him to England.
Fulham, a Premier League newcomer, are also interested in signing the Nigerian international.
According to reports, the Cottagers are willing to pay £15 million for the former Santa Clara defender.
Sanusi’s contract includes a €50 million release clause. His contract is set to expire in June 2025.
